Every engagement covers the same core work. How much of each depends on your markets, your number of offices and how far behind or ahead you are today.
Google Business Profile optimization and management
We set the right primary and secondary categories, list each practice area as a service, write a description in plain language, keep hours and holiday hours current, add real photos of your office and attorneys, and post updates regularly. If your profile has duplicates or old addresses, we clean those up first.
Review requests and replies that respect bar rules
We set up a simple way to ask every satisfied client for a Google review, and we help you reply to every review, good or bad. We never offer incentives and never filter who gets asked, which Google's review policies prohibit. Many state bars also restrict how testimonials are used, so we check your state's rules before any requests go out.
Local business citations for law firms
Your firm's name, address and phone number need to match everywhere they appear. We audit and correct the listings that matter for lawyers, including Avvo, Justia, FindLaw, Martindale, your state bar directory and the main business data sources, and we stop there rather than padding your report with hundreds of low-value directories.
Location and practice pages for real offices
Each office gets a page that is genuinely local: the address, the attorneys who work there, directions, the practice areas handled there and local client questions. We don't build pages for cities where you have no office or attorney. Google treats those as doorway pages, and they rarely bring good cases.
Local links and community PR
Links from your own community carry weight in local search. We look for real opportunities: local bar associations, chambers of commerce, sponsorships you already support, local news commentary on legal changes, and partnerships with organizations your clients trust.
Local schema markup
We add structured data that describes your firm and each office accurately, using LegalService with address, phone, opening hours and the areas you serve, so Google has no doubt about who you are and where you practice.
Map spam reporting
Fake listings and keyword-stuffed business names crowd real firms out of the map results in many legal markets. We document them and report them through Google's own channels, which is one of the fastest ways to move up when competitors break the rules.
Call and case tracking
Rankings alone don't pay the bills. We track calls, form submissions and chat clicks from your profile and your local pages, and we report on consultations and signed cases, not just visibility.
